Rear Wheel Hub Replacement

TOOLS

1. The new hub
2. Spanar Box 32mm ,17mm
3. Philips Screw Driver


This is the rear hub for the pcd 100


Before removed the 32mm black nut. you must take out the the hub cover using the phlips screwdriver.


Opened the caliper using 17mm spanar. There 2 nut behind of it.


Pictures shown the caliper had been removed but the hub cover is still there


Used the 32mm box to opened the nut.Its might be hard to opened it.


After hub had been opened,removed the disc and hub and replaced with the new one. Reassmble back all the component and tight it well.

Oil Pressure Meter


The green circle is the original oil pressure swtich. This switch is need to be opened and place the brass "T" joint to thats place.


Tool that we need likes used brake hose, teflon tape, brass "T" join,Metal cutter.


more tool that we need to used


Cut the hose using the steel cutter and bend it according tho the above picture.


Put the 3/8 NPT Thread Nut. Its can easily get in any hardware shop.


The location of "T" joint that had been connect to the meter in the car. the original sensor switch also need to be replace. Make sure there was no licking

Roof Lamp

This time i will teach you how to install the roof lamp from other car to other types car


First we must create the tamplete of thats roof lamps. The thamplates must be create according to the back of that roof lamp. So it will fit nicely to the roof.


Draw the line according to the template that we had been creat.


After that cut the roof cover.Usually it was made by thick board.


Put the Roof Lamp to the hole that we had make and tide it with bracket or thin aluminium.


For wiring its only have 2 wire
Red for canstatnt 12V (+Ve)
Black For Ground

Brake Pad Replacement - MyVi



Bendix general for the perodua myvi


Bendix general type


After the tire had been removed, removed the 14mm nut at the bottom of the calipper.


Remove the 14mm nut from the caliper.


Move up the caliper


Using the screw driver peel out the old pad


Removed the old pad


The old pad.


When the pad is taken out.


Piton Caliper


Put the new pad to the rotor. Make sure the pad with the white steel marked was in inner sider of the rotor.


Because the new pad is thick,the caliper can't to be reassmble back because the piston is out from the caliper. So, we had to push back the piston back to its normal position using tools like at the above. You also can used the screw driver to push the piston back ti its normal position


Reassmble the caliper and tight the 14mm nut.
